Work order verification

Stop sending crews to work orders you haven't verified.

Every unverified report is a gamble against a truck, a crew, and a supervisor's time. Aerbits checks each illegal-dumping work order against fresh aerial imagery before dispatch — confirming location, size, and contents, and closing the orders that would have wasted the trip.

Three outcomes per work order

  • Open. A real pile with no existing order. We add it with imagery and ground-truth context.
  • Update. The report was wrong — location, contents, or size. We correct it so the right crew and equipment are dispatched.
  • Close. The site is already clean, or the order duplicates another. We document it and close it, so it stops consuming trips.

Closing a ghost order is worth roughly what opening a real one is: either way, the city was about to pay for a trip it didn't need.

What "verified" means

  • Location. The pile is where the report says, or we tell you where it actually is.
  • Contents and size. Enough to choose the right vehicle and crew — not a mattress when it's construction debris.
  • Current state. Fresh imagery confirms the site is still there, not cleaned last week.
  • Evidence. Every change carries imagery and a timestamp, so decisions are auditable.

It drops into your existing workflow

We hand corrected work orders back into the system your crews already use — imagery attached, status set, duplicates resolved — so supervisors dispatch from ground truth instead of a queue of guesses.
